Ms. Held is committed to providing professional, personalized service in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and probate. Ms. Held is dedicated to listening to her client’s concerns in order to provide practical solutions that meet specific needs as well as educating clients so they understand their options and are able to make informed decisions.
Ms. Held's tax background, legal and accounting experience and knowledge enhance the estate planning and estate administrative services provided to clients.
Prior to law school, Ms. Held worked in the tax practice at a Big Four public accounting firm. During law school, she clerked at a firm focusing in the areas of estate planning, real estate and small business. Following law school, Ms. Held clerked for the Honorable R.A. (Jim) Randall on the Minnesota Court of Appeals before returning to the firm to work with estate planning, real estate and small business clients. Ms. Held opened Held Law Office in 2010 and has since focused exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate and trust administration.

Jeff Miller | Paralegal
Jeff has been working in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and probate since 2007. He is a true legal nerd who enjoys reading case law and statutory law, listening to oral arguments via podcast, and generally soaking up and collecting obscure legal information from all corners of the Internet.
Outside of law, he has a number of hobbies including tropical fish keeping as well as flatpicking and fingerstyle acoustic guitar.
